He was looking lovely, the last time I judged him was in 2009 & he seems to have just matured into a cracking dog & I see he is the sire of the BIS, so he is obviously passing on his quality & type to his progeny. He is very typical & of a good size & proportion, very masculine in outlook with an excellent head & expression, well boned legs & feet, well set tail from a strong topline with a good ribcage, moved & showed well. RBD.

A bonus, was his 'typical' sad expression when standing, and then, 'all change' alert, bright on the move – something which should be so typical in this breed. BVIS.

My RBD. Was a lovely type dog with correct proportions. Correct head and kind expression. He was an outstanding mover, covering the ground with very little effort. Lovely strong level topline. Wonderful coat and presented in terrific condition.

2nd Open Dog
19 months old, good throughout with excellent shape and style, he has good balance in body and quarters, good muscle in topline and loins, he has well let down hocks, giving him the drive from the rear in his action. Attractive in head and skull with good jaw and soft mouth, he is alert in eye and ear and on his toes in expectancy, his coat needs to finish in quality but his tail and movement carried him through to take RBD and RBIS.
