What a joy to go over these vibrant and exuberant Tollers and a wonderful experience to meet such good natured and sportsmanlike handlers.
Special Yearling Dog or Bitch (3 entries, 1 absent)
1st | Boyd SKYSARIA ETERNAL FLAME Nicely handled today and an excellent example of the breed with that typical wedge-shaped head and set of ear. Lovely short, level topline and length of loin with the muscle I like to see. Lovely tail feathering. Elbows nice and close to body. |
2nd | Rolf, Parker & Hipkiss SKYSARIA BLAZE OF HOPE WITH DELTANDAMBA JW Unsurprised to find out these two youngsters are litter siblings. Unfortunately, this exhibit and handler just lacked the control of the first when on the move on the day but another lovely example of the breed with the body and topline that are so trademark. |
Post Graduate Dog or Bitch (4 entries, 1 absent)
1st | Trickett CFYRE'S HIGH TEA AT TOLLPEPPER JW (IMP CAN) I have followed this bitches’ show career with interest and today she had a wonderful ring presence. She went around the ring with the confidence and springiness called for by the breed standard. She has the most pleasing, pretty and intelligent look. Beautifully muscled hindquarters and a fantastic bend of stifle. Good spring of rib with the brisket reaching elbow. Superb lay of shoulder. Strength of foreleg apparent. Expertly handled today by a clearly devoted owner and delighted to award this exhibit BOB. |
2nd | Boyd SKYSARIA ETERNAL FLAME |
3rd | Rolf & Parker RIPPLERUSH FLOREFFE FOR SKYSARIA |
Open Dog or Bitch (3 entries, 1 absent)
1st | Rolf & Parker TOLLPEPPER ECHO'S HOPE FOR SKYSARIA This exhibit caught my eye as soon as it entered the ring. Particularly perky ways and expression. Compact and muscular with the outline of a quality Toller. Neck of the right length and muscle and a very appealing head and set of ear. Moved well and handler to be commended. Very pleased to award this exhibit RBOB. |
2nd | Trickett CFYRE'S SPELLBREAKER AT TOLLPEPPER AW(B) (IMP CAN) Another fantastic exhibit. Excellent on the move, good forechest and front in general and also with the muscle and length of body that exemplify the breed standard. It was a very difficult decision in this class as I have seen her perform well on countless occasions and today was no exception |
