Thank you for the numerically strong entry which I believe is unusual for this area. We had a big ring and the sun was out so perfect conditions to see the dogs at their best.
Junior Dog or Bitch (5 entries, 1 absent)
1st | Titovets & Eremin MACDREAMS TRENT FROM CASHEL VALE (IMP NLD) 11 month old, a rich red with attractive white markings, preferred his more masculine head and substance to 2, good width of skull, ears set high and of medium size and triangular in shape, moderate stop and foreface, eye colour a little light but of good shape and set wide apart, correct dentition, strong neck leading into laid back shoulders and sufficient length of upper arm, good depth of chest but he’s a touch long in the back, good rear assembly with straight legs from behind, good tail set and correct carriage of a fully furnished tail which was always moving, moves freely in all directions with his front to tighten up as he matures but has plenty of reach and drive. Was pleased to watch him go RBPIS under another judge at his last show as a puppy. |
2nd | Foster-Brown LOREVY SHUGAR FOR STELLENBOSCH (IMP RUS) |
3rd | Bassil TIVALAKE MY LUCKY STAR |
Post Graduate Dog or Bitch (5 entries, 1 absent)
1st | Fuard TOLLELKIN BAY OF ICE Won this class on overall breed type and a classic head, a top size 20 month old boy presented in lovely condition with a masculine head, good width and breadth to skull with moderate sized ears that were placed high on the head, kind but intelligent expression, correct bite, he makes a balanced side profile but needs to strengthen in topline, straight front, good length of upper arm and tight, compact feet, sloping pasterns, good spring of rib, correct tail carriage, well muscled all over which allowed him to stride round the ring covering the ground easily with each stride, handled well. |
2nd | Strevens DECOYMANS PIPER CINDER AT TOLLISTY RL2 HTM ST EX |
3rd | Candy DECOYMANS PIPER MEGREZ |
Open Dog or Bitch (6 entries, 1 absent)
1st | Strevens SH CH ERIKACHEN CONAIRE AT TOLLISTY JW SHCM SHCEX Splitting hairs between the first two but 1 was in harder condition and in better coat. I can understand why this boy has done so much winning, is really good to go over and fits the standard, his coat was gleaming and is a real showman. Balanced head with good ear set and shape, kind eyes which were medium brown to match his coat colour, all giving the desired expression, correct dentition, good depth of chest, and well ribbed, excellent bend of stifle, strong rear quarters and well let down hocks, he moved well in all directions, toes in a touch coming toward but his footfall is excellent and goes with typical jaunty movement, handled to advantage and overall a lovely package who I’m sure is destined for great things. |
2nd | Foster-Brown SH CH/AM GCH KYMIN IPSO FACTO (RE-IMP) |
3rd | Titovets MULTI CH DELONGSTAR DIAMOND DREAM RL6-EX |
