Judge: Mike French
Best Of Breed | Decoymans Swedish Design | Burt & Ashton |
Reserve Best Of Breed | Aquacadian Flin The Red At Tollisty ShCM | Strevens |
I would very much like to thank the EAGS for asking me to judge at their open show this year. I have owned and bred Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers, Tollers for short, for over 18 years so feel qualified but this was my first outing as a judge. I would also like to thank the exhibitors whose support for the show resulted in 2 strong classes for me to make my judgements. As is often the case in relatively low population breeds there were considerable differences between the dogs. This made it all the more interesting and indeed difficult to arrive at the final decisions.
