Puppy Dog (2 entries)
1st | Hodgson EURONOVA BUDDY BEAR Needs to come up on the leg a little, which I'm sure he will, liked his head, lovely coat, good body for age and wonderful tail, sound, but very bouncy. |
2nd | Palfrey FOXDOWN BERTIE ALLSORTS Tallish and needs to fill out in ribbing as yet, pleasing head and muzzle, good shoulder lay, level back and good quarters, moving he needs more training of course. |
Junior Dog (2 entries)
1st | Brown STELLENBOSCH JACQUES FROST Smart and powerful moving, just a wee bit low on the leg but well put together for angulation, neat tidy feet, good chest and quarters, nice colour and coat, super head and expression, easy, active side gait. |
2nd | Hodgson EURONOVA BUDDY BEAR |
Post Graduate Dog (7 entries, 1 absent)
1st | Andrews ERIKACHEN RUARI Res BD. A good class and some real quality dogs here, winner hard and fit, super head, broad, just slightly rounded and ears set well back and high, enough neck, sound front and feet, good level back and a slight slope to croup, well carried plume, powerful, impressive movement all round, in good coat for the time of the year. |
2nd | Baker ERIKACHEN AONGHUS Similar stamp, not quite as level in back as above but equally good powerful quarters, excellent front, good bone. I thought he had a mite too much stop in head, but good muzzle tapering well and otherwise a fine, typy dog. |
3rd | Moossun ERIKACHEN ARDEN AT WINDWHISTLER |

1st | Smith CAMUSMOR GLEN SCOTIA AT DALLYVISTA BD. 7 year old in super form and muscletone, liked his head, masculine yet still has the refinement of the breed, good neck, shoulder, feet and bone, excellent body and topline, powerful rear, good waving tail, nice pigment for colour and true and precise moving. |
2nd | Moossun TASARLA SNOW BLIZZARD AT WINDWHISTLER Had his mind on other things and needs firmer handling, a touch overweight and would benefit with a few pounds less over his loin. I liked his outline movement (when controlled) and overall proportions. |
3rd | Powley DANEHAVEN DETROIT |

Puppy Bitch (3 entries)
1st | Lovett NEILSHARBOUR JUNO BP. I loved her ears with the slight lift from the base you can see is the best ear set and carriage, pleasing head shape, eyes too light but hopefully they will darken a touch to blend in with her coat colour, soundly built, good forechest, neat behind, nice for size and proportions and she moved quite well. |
2nd | Powley HOLLYMIST AMAZONITE Fluffy, 6 month old with a great deal of promise, but very immature on the day, she needs time, and I hope to see her looking wonderful in a year or two! |
3rd | Macleod & Hussey CAMUSMOR ZINCALA |

Post Graduate Bitch (7 entries, 2 absent)
1st | Gibson ERIKACHEN AOIFE DEARG Nice quality right through, typy head and tapering muzzle, neat ears, shortish neck, good shoulder and general front assembly, sound legs and feet, hard right through and very fit, super sound, a good springy and easy mover, lovely pigment and colour, well set and carried tail. |
2nd | Parr KYMIN GWENNI AT DINASKARREK Another very nice bitch, her head and eyes are lovely, good front, excellent ribbing and over loin, too much slope in croup gives her a bit of a low tail set, she carries it out nicely but would prefer to see it higher. Very good on the move too, as was the third. |
3rd | Lovett NEILSHARBOUR WRENS WARREN |
Res | Mortimore THREEGRACES DRIFTWIND |
VHC | Watton ERIKACHEN AINE |
Open Bitch (10 entries, 3 absent)
1st | Parr KYMIN IPSO FACTO Res BB. Mixed quality but winner I thought lovely, not in coat today but her shape, outline and construction were excellent. She moves with purpose and drive, pleasing head and expression, good legs and feet, lovely plume carried well. |
2nd | Strudwick CORLITGOLD TULA FOR KUMAMATATA I admired her movement and general temperament and demeanour, she is a mite longer in loin than perhaps ideal, very attentive, sound, free and springy action, good colour and pigment. |
3rd | Westwood IR SH CH EUSANIT SKYS ROCKET |
Res | Watton PALUDIC FANCY WOMAN AT TASARLA |
