A pleasure to judge the quality that was presented today. Felt some exhibits could be further advantaged by their handling and this could be more important next year with less opportunities to qualify for Crufts. Unfortunately one dog could not settle today.


Puppy Dog (2 entries)

1stMoult & Savory ACANUCK SOUL REBEL OF CROFTWELL
11 months old, maturing nicely. Good bone with neat feet. Masculine head, ribs beginning to spring. Movement somewhat erratic at first but better as he became more accustomed. Lovely coat coming through. Eyes still need to darken.
2ndWestwood EUSANIT CHASE THE ACE
Promising puppy, giving a lot away in age, just 6 months. Good straight front columns, stands a little high in rear at the moment. Head needs to broaden and develop but nice dark eye and expression.

Junior Dog (2 entries)

1stHarding & Whitehill GLENDERMACKI FOX CRAGG AT BRIZEWOOD
This boy is maturing well, like his head proportions and expression. Good amount of bone and deep chest. Coat is thick and gloriously groomed. Good bend of stifle. Moved out with confidence and drive. Level topline. RBD.
2ndCox DECOYMANS PIPER DREAMTIME IN ICESTORM
Another promising young dog. Liked his head, different to winner but correct. Makes a pleasant outline. Coat coming through nicely but could be a little tidier. Moved confidently but tends to throw his front. Needs a little more time to mature.

1stParr KYMIN INNUENDO
Muscular compact dog. Correct head and expression. Straight topline. Would like to see more drive from the rear in profile movement.
2ndMorse EUSANIT RED DEVIL ROCKET
Smaller than first, body slightly longer than height. Moved ok. Preferred front of first.

1stHarding & Whitehill TREVARGH THE ENTERTAINER AT BRIZEWOOD
Have judged this dog before and he didn't disappoint. Presented in top quality muscular condition and good coat. Love his head with good ears, straight topline. Good bend of stifle and deep chest. Powers around the ring demonstrating his jaunty movement. Moved with such purpose in the challenge to take BD & BOB.
2ndMorse EUSANIT RED DEVIL ROCKET

Puppy Bitch (2 entries)

Two very similar puppies, both babies with loose fronts that will tighten with maturity (no rush).

1stRogers EUSANIT CHASE THE DREAM
Very good coat coming through, sweet head and expression, had the edge on movement over second and moved around the ring with confidence and style. Sweet puppy with lots of promise, took BP on movement and overall angulation on the day.
2ndSmith KYMIN MERRY BREEZE
Good spring and depth of rib. Sweet puppy. Preferred head and expression at this time of first.

Junior Bitch (3 entries)

Loved her head and expression and overall shape. Moved jauntily around the ring with confidence and stopped with perfect front placement of feet. Good spring of rib and deep chest. Displaying good quality coat. Alert and had presence throughout. RBB.
2ndGibson ERIKACHEN NIAMH DEARG
Another pretty girl, similar in shape to first but not quite the substance in body. Very strong rear end and liked her natural placement of rear feet, showing good width. Would prefer slightly smaller ear.
3rdSmith KYMIN MERRY BREEZE

Very good class. First two very similar in outline and could easily swap places another day.

Typical feminine head and expression. Nice straight front columns. Demonstrated jaunty movement with high tail carriage. True red colour. In strong but lean condition. BB.
2ndParr DANEHAVEN PELLY ON KYMIN
Slightly stockier built than first, with strong spring of rib and straight front columns. Nicely animated throughout.

Lovely head and ear set with kind eye. Good straight columns and depth of chest. Level topline. Took a few moments to be at one with her handler and then moved out well, very animated.
2ndGibson CAMUSMOR ANY DREAM ULDO FOR ERIKACHEN
Have done this bitch well in the past but she was carrying too much weight today. Kind expression, moved well especially going away.
