Thank you to all the exhibitors for the magnificent entry of 75 dogs making 100 entries. My thanks go also to Liz & Elaine my very competent stewards. Type & quality has certainly improved since I first judged the breed at the National 12 years ago, in 2004, although there is still much room for improvement. I found many eyes becoming too round rather than the almond shape called for in the Standard, weak hocks & splayed pasterns. Having said that there were also many quality Tollers present & very cleanly presented. I always enjoy judging this breed as there is now always a very pleasant atmosphere & the exhibitors are so very friendly & sporting applauding the winners of every class.
Minor Puppy Dog (2 entries)
| 1st | Langford TOLLERHOLME JACK IN A BOX 7 months & displaying a balanced outline, well grown with good bone, pleasing head & good expression, quite sound in movement. |
| 2nd | Titovets & Eremin MACDREAMS TRENT FROM CASHEL VALE (IMP NLD) Lighter framed than 1, but gives a good picture in outline with level topline. Very pretty head features & good tracking. Just needs more time. |

Good spring of rib, level topline, strong loin & nicely turned stifle. He has a good tailset & carries it correctly on the move. Another one with correct markings. His movement is superb & he has developed into a real mature dog fit for function. BD & BOB. |
