I thought today's entry was filled with conformity to type and soundness.
Veteran Dog or Bitch (2 entries)
1st | Burt & Ashton DECOYMANS SWEDISH DESIGN Right make and shape. Balanced in profile, good head. Decent length of neck and shoulders well placed. Stands on a straight front with ample heart room, good length of rib and rear angulations. Moved very tidily. Just thought today the winner of open dog was more positive on the move. Res BD. |
2nd | Scholz NEWFANOVA RED SKY AT NIGHT Slightly heavier made dog but of good type. Liked his head shape, clean fronted with ample lay of shoulder. Stands on good feet with depth in body make up. Quarters of decent width and strength. Moves sound just a bit untidy going away. |
Junior Dog (3 entries)
1st | Harding & Whitehill QUOYGARD THE POWER OF DREAMS Nice youngster to go over this. Maturing the right way. Good head, clean front and the width of chest. Depth in brisket and ample spring of rib. Well built quarters. Moves on an even length of stride. |
2nd | Smith CAMUSMOR GLEN SCOTIA AT DALLYVISTA Liked him for type and soundness. He will benefit with maturity. Lovely head and eye shape, stands on a straight front with shoulders well placed. Deep enough through body at the moment. Well built rear end with decent turn of stifle. Moves on a good length of stride. Just preferred 1st front action today. |
3rd | Bradley CAMUSMOR KNOCKANDO |

Open Dog (2 entries, 1 absent)
1st | Harding & Whitehill NAROD THE IMPOSSIBLE DREAM Put in a very good performance. Correct in head shape, decent length of neck, shoulders well placed. Clean true front with plenty of heart room. Depth and strength on body with ample ribbing. Well built quarters and width of second thigh to turn of stifle. Covers the ground on the move. BD & BOB. |
Junior Bitch (2 entries)
1st | Macleod & Hussey CAMUSMOR TOMINTOUL Won on type and construction. Loved her head shape and clean front angulations. Ample bone for age, would like a bit more size, but this may come with maturity. Good depth in body, nicely developed rear end. Moves on an even stride. |
2nd | westwood FOXDOWN IN EXCESS OVER EUSANIT Very raw at the moment. Not the head of 1, decent enough front with shoulders well placed. Needs to drop in body, hopefully this will come. A bit erratic on the move giving her handler a bit of a hard time. |
Post Graduate Bitch (no entries)
Limit Bitch (1 entry)
1st | Burt & Ashton MAPLESBRIGHT DREAM DESIRE Liked her size and type. Feminine head shape good eye colour. Stands on a straight front with shoulders well placed. Let down in brisket with ample length of rib. Well built back end. Moves with an easy action. Res BB. |
